Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Quick's ARK Bot ("the Bot", "we", "us"). By inviting the Bot to your Discord server or subscribing to the Bot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Access

The Bot is provided as a hosted service for Discord servers. We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access depends on Discord's platform and third-party services we rely on.

2. Subscription Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance through PayPal. Subscriptions activate automatically once payment is confirmed by PayPal's webhook system. You are responsible for keeping your payment method valid for renewal.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support before requesting a chargeback. If a refund is approved, access to paid features may be revoked immediately upon refund processing.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used within your Discord server, including:

• Compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Decisions made by your moderators, staff, or members using the Bot
• Configuration of payment systems and pricing offered to your members

5. Discord Permissions

The Bot requires certain Discord permissions to function. You agree to grant the permissions the Bot requests for the features you choose to use. Removing required permissions may break features without notice.

6. Misuse

You may not use the Bot to:

• Engage in illegal activity or fraud
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Bypass Discord's policies or rate limits
• Reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand the Bot
• Process payments for content prohibited by PayPal or local law

7. Data and Configuration

The Bot stores configuration data necessary to function (server IDs, role IDs, channel IDs, command settings, user balances, transaction records, and premium branding settings). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Free and Premium Plans

The Bot offers a free plan and one or more premium plans.

• Free plan: includes welcome messages, auto roles, role menus (no artificial limits), /pop cluster population, basic population charts, and basic pets. Free features remain available even after a premium subscription ends.
• Premium plan: 30 days of access activated automatically once PayPal confirms payment. Includes server-owner tools (payments, staff pay, hype, advanced credits, advanced tickets, branding, advanced pets, and priority support).
• Lifetime / Custom access: may be enabled at the bot owner's discretion. Contact support for pricing.

9. Branding and Customization (Premium)

Premium servers may customize the appearance of bot embeds, panels, charts, and dashboard previews (brand name, embed color, logo URL, footer text). By providing branding values you confirm that:

• You hold the rights to any logos, names, or imagery you submit.
• You will not use branding to impersonate official Quick's ARK Bot communications or third parties.
• You will not submit URLs that point to malicious, illegal, or NSFW content.
• The Bot owner may disable or reset branding values that violate these terms.

Premium branding customizes per-server appearance only. It does not provide a separate, dedicated Discord bot application unless explicitly arranged.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Bot at any time if these Terms are violated, if payment fails, or if continued service is no longer feasible. We will attempt to give reasonable notice where possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
